Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ilove@forthemerci.us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at ilove@forthemerci.us. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed, as we begin processing immediately.
