Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Undeliverable Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
